We have two conveniently located clinics in Wetherill Park and Bonnyrigg, and we are able to service your Work Cover needs in Liverpool, Parramatta and surrounding suburbs. Our aim is always to provide a stress-free experience for both the referring doctor and the patient. Plus our service offering is built around providing a prompt and accurate diagnosis so the patient can start on the pathway to treatment quickly, and then commence recovery.

We handle all Work Cover Injury and Third Party (CTP) claims. Furthermore, our team can take care of everything for you, from booking the initial appointment, introducing other relevant specialists, to reporting to nominated treating doctors as quickly as possible. All you need to do is provide us with the patient’s contact details, case number (if available), and a referral.

Then, we will:

• Conduct Work Cover Imaging including X-Rays, ultrasound, CT scans, and image-guided procedures (MRI coming soon).
• Contact the patient and arrange their imaging/intervention as soon as possible, regardless of the Workers Compensation approval status.
• Follow up with the insurers and get the approvals for you.
• Deliver a fast and accurate report to you and the patient.
• Treat the patient promptly, facilitate an appropriate return to work plan, and relay necessary information to the patient’s employer with respect and professionalism, always.
• Ensure our billing policy is transparent with no hidden or unnecessary costs to your patient or their employer.
