Access Images
For Patients
We provide our patients with their images and results online.
When you attend one of our clinics for imaging, you will be provided with an access card, which contains your login details.
Your images will be available within approximately 2 hours of your scan being performed. Your report will be made available to you 7 days after it has been authorized and sent to your (referring) doctor.
We recommend that you do not share your login information with anyone, except your referring doctor, to ensure your privacy is maintained.
Please ensure that you return to your referring doctor to discuss your results.
For Referrers
Clinics and Referrers can use their allocated username and password to access the images from their referred exams.
If you have not obtained your login account (username / password), please use your patient’s access card for a temporary login and request us to create your account via phone, email or our website.
The images for any exam will be available within approximately 2 hours of the scan being completed, and the report will be available as soon as it is approved.
If you do not have an account, please request an e-referral setup.
